Barcelona Airport applies terminal use by company criteria, regardless of the destination or origin of the flight, so flights may depart from any of the three terminals.

Upon arrival at the airport, passengers should go to the terminal in which the airline they are flying with operates. There they will check in their luggage and obtain their boarding pass. The boarding pass should indicate the gate for boarding the aircraft.

Driving Directions From Barcelona city centre, take the Barcelona ring road, with the airport exit via the Pata Sur. The airport access road is the Barcelona-Castelldefels C-31 motorway, which connects with the Barcelona-Sitges C-32 motorway. Parkings of the airport The Barcelona airport has approximately 13,000 parking spaces, 2,300 of which are located in the parking building connected to Terminal C by an airbridge, and 2,600 more are found in the car park located across from Terminal A, which is also connected by an elevated corridor.

The rest of the parking spaces are in ground level, uncovered car parks that are spread out across of the different terminals. All of the zones have access controls manned by permanent watchguards and customer services.

A boarding In the pre-boarding module, passengers should pay close attention to the information monitors.

 These monitors provide information on boarding times and the corresponding gate, either directly through an airbridge or remotely by bus, which are accessed through the doors on the ground floor Eating and drinking:
There are restaurants, cafeterias and bars in all terminals.
 Shopping: Duty-free shopping is available in Terminals A and B; there are also a range of other shops in these two terminals
